計程車戰爭：法院判決禁止Uber在德國境內上路 Taxi Competition: Court Prohibits Uber Germany-Wide

這是德國計程車業者的階段性勝利。法蘭克福地方法院對新興叫車業者Uber發出強制令，禁止Uber駕駛上路，若違反此強制另最高可處25萬歐元罰款。
