大雨「沖」擊德國產業 Pouring Rain Floods German Industries

工廠關閉、地基塌陷、商家休業：拜仁（Bayern）、圖林根（Thüringen）、薩克森（Sachsen）三邦洪水氾濫，造成德國短期內元氣大傷。不過一旦洪水消退，必要的復原工程也會是刺激經濟的最佳解藥。
